If you are looking for a new place of residence, you could be home for the holidays. As soon as November 2009, the new apartment communities of Norden Terrace & Corsair Park – at the corner of Watt Avenue and Elkhorn Boulevard in North Highlands – will have several units available for move-in. Construction will be on-going through early 2010, but units are being released as each building is completed.
