NOT FOUND: home cooking.jpgHam with Mustard Glaze

1 Ham
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons fruit juice
Whole cloves

Place a ham of your choice face side up on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Do not cover or add water. Score ham fat in diamond shape (only about a 1/4 inch deep). Insert meat thermometer and Roast slow at 325 degrees until the internal thermometer reaches 170 degrees which will be about 3 hours give or take, for a 5 to 7 pound ham, longer for 10 pounds and up.
Prepare your tangy mustard glaze, by combining brown sugar, dry mustard, and your choice of fruit juice, but orange juice works really well. The last 30 minutes of cooking, stud the ham with cloves and spoon glaze over ham, continue to bake and basting occasionally.

Serve with your families favorite veggies, and this yummy side of Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes.
