On October 17, thousands of people from North Highlands and the surrounding communities came out to celebrate the 8th Annual North Highlands Jubilee! The event was a huge success! Hosted by Supervisor Roger Dickinson, the Jubilee took place at the North Highlands Community Center in the heart of North Highlands Town Center, Watt Avenue and Freedom Park Drive. The goal of the Jubilee is to bring together the entire North Highlands community to celebrate all that the neighborhood has to offer including culture, food, live music and community services.
