Community Cleanup & Memorial Day Parade

On May 30, 2011, the North Highlands Memorial Day Parade will march down Watt Avenue for the 45th year. This is one of the longest running parades in the area, and always well attended by residents of all over our communities, and is sponsored by VFW Post 4647. The parade begins at 10 a.m., but all parade participants and spectators are invited to come early and enjoy a pancake breakfast that is sponsored by Family Community Church at the corner of Watt Avenue and I Street.
