Life Matters at Logan Park Apartments

Logan Park is a housing community with 661 apartment homes and over 2000 residents. Prior to July 2008, the apartment complex was a community infested with gangs, vandalism, and other crimes. Children who lived in the complex did not play outside because it was too dangerous. One of the goals of Wasatch Property Management, the company that manages Logan Park, is to renovate problem apartment complex properties and improve them by investing in them and bringing in social services activities.
