If you call in because you need help paying your rent, they can give you the number to the program that can help you-but with their trained staff, they are able to ask you the right questions to see if you might also need food, discounts on your utilities, a new refrigerator from SMUD, job training, child care help, and more. Their resources include over 2,400 of community services and resources.
