Come and be a part of the 9th Annual North Highlands Jubilee on Saturday, October 16, 2010 from 11 am to 3 pm at Freedom Park. Come talk with Sacramento Suburban Water District (SSWD) staff who will be participating in this local event. Hosted by Supervisor Roger Dickinson, this event brings together the greater North Highlands community to celebrate the area’s rich diversity. Participants can watch local talents perform on stage or take a stroll and see what the many booth vendors have to offer.
