All of the units are single-story and rent at both communities is income-based. Would be renters are qualified by having an income that is at least two times the amount of the monthly rent, while staying under certain levels that are determined by the number of individuals that will occupy the apartment. There are a lot of amenities available at these communities such as a fully-equipped, professionally decorated clubhouse and pool at each property, stackable washer/dryer hook-ups in each unit (these appliances can be rented for an additional $40/month), on-site laundry facilities, garages available for $75-$95/month, full security patrol and social services on-site at each location. Pets that weigh less than 25 pounds are welcome at both Norden Terrace and Corsair Park.
Corsair Park is located at 6920 Watt Avenue. This gated community features one and two bedroom apartment homes on two levels for residents aged 55 and above in a garden-like setting. A hair salon will be on site and planned activities will be offered by management. Public transportation and several shopping centers are nearby.
Norden Terrace, located at 3685 Elkhorn Boulevard, is a family community that offers one, two and three bedroom homes on three levels. Residents will be able to make use of the community BBQ, play area and offered activities such as after-school programs and computer classes. A high-tech business center will also be available in the clubhouse.
St. Anton Partners is now leasing at both communities. A temporary leasing office has been set up at 6840 Watt Avenue, right next door to Robinson’s Tae Kwon Do and just behind 7-11.
