Eligible low-income customers of Sacramento County Department of Waste Management and Recycling may save up to $60 per year on garbage and recycling bills with the Solid Waste Lifeline Rate Assistance Program.
Customers already enrolled in the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District’s Sewer Lifeline Rate Assistance Program will be automatically enrolled in the program.
