North Highlands Recreation & Park District offers a free Halloween event.
Be sure to mark Friday, October 30, on your family’s event calendar. The North Highlands Recreation and Park District will host their annual Halloween Bash and Costume Contest at the North Highlands Community Center, 6040 Watt Avenue. This spooktacular evening will include a Haunted House as well as a Costume Contest for children up to age 12. Doors open at 6:30pm, at which time you can register your children for the Costume Contest. Judging begins at 7:30pm with prizes to follow. This fun and free event wraps up at 8:00pm.
