Whether you own or rent your home, if you are over age 62 (or blind or disabled), you may qualify for this State of California tax rebate program. It’s a once-a-year payment to qualified households with 2007 income of $42,770 or less. Assistance to complete the form is being offered on Saturdays from 9 am to noon, continuing through the October 11. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 808-5462.
