Want to grow healthy fruits and vegetables and reduce water waste? Plan ahead and mark your calendar for Harvest Day 2009. Visit over 30 booths dedicated to educating the home gardener; including water organizations, honey, garden clubs and college horticulture departments. Blueberries, water meters and plants that attract beneficials are among the numerous presentations. A Plant Clinic has also been scheduled to assist the public in diagnosing and solving garden problems. Bring samples from problem plants or insects that need to be identified.
