Tuesday, August 5, 2008 is National Night Out. Neighborhoods across the country will host parties, ice cream socials, BBQs, and the like. This is the night to get out, meet your neighbors and take a stand against crime.
If your neighborhood decides to host a National Night Out, the Sheriff’s Department will make sure you have some surprise visitors.
Most parties are scheduled between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
If you decide not to have a party, remember to leave your porch light on to show support of National Night Out.
What a great night to meet your neighbors and have a good time!! Parties need to be registered by July 17th.
