Sacramento, CA.--The Sacramento County Call Center, also known as the Community Assistance & Resource Center, is extending their utility call hours until 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
County residents will be able to call 916-875-5555 from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, for information regarding their utility bills and services including water, sewer, storm water drainage, refuse, green waste, mixed recycling and bulky item pick-up collection
"We want to be available when our customers need us," said Wendy Randolph, Manager of the Call Center. "Customers can also visit http://www.msa.saccounty.net/utilitybilling/default.htm for information. To report nuisances such as abandoned cars, illegal dumping, and blighted properties, they can call our nuisance reporting line at 916-875-5656.
