Ground was broken in November on a new senior living facility on Watt Avenue, just North of Elkhorn Blvd.
Plans include around 25 units for senior or assisted living along Watt Avenue and another 100 units for medium income housing behind the DeDe’s Discounts.
The project will be completed in the latter half of 2009. Stay tuned for more details as the project progresses.
